You are now part of an elite group of people worldwide being trained
by your
own Personal Trainer. I would like to thank you for choosing
me to fulfill this important role.
Where and when ?
Private training sessions at your home. The training sessions will
take place at your home between 16:00 and
20:00
in the week and
from 8:00 to 16:00 on a Saturday. I will be
providing all the equipment necessary. The number of sessions will be determined by your needs
and goals and affordability.
During these sessions we will review your progress and also address
issues from your previous week's
training. You can also make this a
lot of fun by inviting your friends to join you!
I can accomodate a maximum of 4 people at a time.
